AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
ever have one of those days?
know what it is like to be blind-sided? it seems to be my lot in life at this period in time.
at first i felt horrible - as though i'm not good. then i got mad b/c i was lied to and became an unsuspecting target. and now i am walking on eggshells because i don't know the truth - i was left in the dark - and was given an ultimatum.
i guess i should give you a little more info so that you aren't left in the dark too -- i went to a meeting that was about me, in which i didn't know it was going to be about me. it was to address some issues people were having w/ me which i had no clue (as well as my supervisor) people had issues. but i wasn't privy to those issues - just told my job was dependent on no issues from this point forward. awesome. oh, but don't worry - your skill level is great - no question about that - you just need to suck up to people. again...awesome.
so how can you fix something when you don't know what is broken? and how can you produce happy workers when you give them ultimatums and try to dictate to them what they should and should not do?
you want to share your experience? well, maybe you don't have to share all of it, but just how you reacted to it, dealt with it, etc.
