wednesday, at work, i came across something that is very disturbing. a website that is promoting infidelity. see the story for yourself. the owner may claim he is not leading others to commit adultery, but he is definitely giving them the platform in which the affair can lead to such. the title of this post is their slogan, minus the colon and following words. sickening!
it is quite obvious to me that those who are involved in such a distasteful way of life do not have a biblical worldview. God's way is clearly one man and one woman; committed to each other. and if you hear the ladies as they talk, they really are looking for someone to complete them -- people won't make you happy or "complete" you. Christ makes us complete. i wonder if they know Christ? their behavior, and that of the proprietor of the agency, suggests otherwise.
i hope my married friends are standing up for family and commitment. i don't have any reason to why they wouldn't. i am sure it isn't easy being married, when you're not cut out of the same fabric, but i am sure it is worth it! especially when you're being guided by the Lord and seeking Him in your life. God laid the foundation for the family at the beginning of time. (Gen. 2:15-24, Matt 19:4-6) He also made it very clear about adultery as well -- and just the act of looking at another lustfully and thinking of being w/ another was not acceptable. (Exodus 20:14, Matt 5:27-28, Mark 7:20-23, 1 Corinthians 7:2, etc.)
"Therefore, what God has joined together, let man not separate." Matthew 19:6b niv

I've seen this website advertised various times on the internet--very disgusting work they have going on here. I have not forgotten about you my friend...I remember you many times throughout my week and lift you up in prayer. An email will be coming soon--thanks for always checking in :)
